Meet Richard Owens
With over 24 years of expertise in the financial services industry, financial coaching and leadership, Richard has dedicated his career to empowering individuals through professional development. A "Who’s Who of Louisville" honoree and one of Louisville Business First's "20 People to Know in Banking," he is also a proud alumnus of the Louisville Urban League’s prestigious leadership program.
Motivated by a spirit of reciprocity, Richard volunteers with local nonprofits and has led essential financial education seminars for high school students throughout Jefferson and Bullitt County. This commitment to financial education for the next generation is at the heart of his approach to real estate and property management. A Sullivan University graduate with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree, his deep local roots ensure every client is anchored by a neighbor who truly understands the community landscape.
